Antique, Vintage & Estate Engagement Rings

Good Afternoon from rainy Melbourne to all of you around the world.
Today I want to share some awesome antique, vintage and estate
engagement rings with you and  for those of you who might not have
a clear definition of what those terms referring to, here are some explanations:
Antique Jewelry: is referred to a piece that is at least 100 years old and
was collected  due to rarity and condition.
Vintage Jewelry: is referred to a piece from many decades or eras and eras

might have many different designs, the eras might include:
Georgian, Early Victorian, Mid-Victorian, Late Victorian,
Arts and Crafts era, Art Nouveau, Edwardian, Art Deco and Retro
(We will come back to these eras in future posts)
Estate Jewelry: is referred to a piece that was previously owned, usually
acquired from estates of deceased or living, and private entities, it should
not be confused with vintage as estate jewelry is not from any particular era.
As you might remember my Fred Leighton‘s post, I am personally a huge

fan of antique and vintage jewelry and here are my favorite pieces for
our engagement ring ritual.
let me know which one you do like the most,

    Hello,

Would you please tell me more about (clarity, color, date) the 5.0 carat cushion cut antique French made ring, please? Is it GIA certified? If not, does it have any other certifications? Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Cheryl Bradley
